Pebeo Studio Bindex is a non yellowing liquid binder for the preparation of colour. Bindex increases the adhesion and thickness of your acrylic paints and increases depth and brightness.
 
Also for use as an overlay in collages and inlays, or for Pébéo mixedMEDIA techniques to create a protective layer before pouring on the Glazing Resin or the Crystal Resin.
Translucent and waterproof when dry
