Pale blue/white colour embossing powder by Wow - WL12R. Inspired by Marion Emberson.
Sprinkle powder over wet ink. Remove excess by tapping sheet. Heat with a heat gun. The powder will melt and raise. It will take a few seconds to solidfy.
