A two tone powder that gives you different effects on white and black card. It's changes colour from pearl with red tints to red pearl. Sprinkle powder over wet ink. Remove excess by tapping sheet. Heat with a heat gun. The powder will melt and raise. It will take a few seconds to solidfy.
